The Canadian Dental Care Plan

The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) will help Canadians without dental insurance.

When fully implemented, CDHA will benefit some 9 million uninsured Canadian residents, and help cover the cost of a variety of oral health services.

Here are some examples of services that will be covered:
● preventive services, including scaling (cleaning), sealants and fluoride
● diagnostic services, including examinations and X-rays
● restoration services, including fillings
● endodontic services, including root canal treatment
● prosthodontic services, including removable full or partial dentures
● periodontal services, including in-depth scaling
● oral surgery services, including extractions
